Bitcoin Hero — Privacy Policy

Bitcoin Hero is a simulation game. No real money, cryptocurrency, or financial assets are involved at any point. All prices in the app are simulated and do not reflect real markets.

What we collect

• Trader name — the nickname you choose at signup. It is shown on the public leaderboard.
• Profile photo (optional) — if you set one, a small resized copy is stored and shown next to your name on the leaderboard.
• Gameplay data — your simulated trades, balances, achievements, and streaks, stored so the game works across sessions.

What we don't collect

• No email address, phone number, or real name.
• No payment information — there are no purchases in the app.
• No location data or contacts.
• No ads and no advertising profiles built from your activity.

Analytics

The mobile apps use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used — which screens are opened, when trades are opened and closed, and which features are used. These events are tied to a random app-instance identifier, never to your name, and are not used to build advertising profiles. Google's handling of this data is covered by the Firebase Privacy Policy. The web version at bitcoinhero.me does not run analytics.

Data retention & deletion

Your account is identified by a random token stored on your device. You can wipe your gameplay data at any time with Reset account in the Profile tab. To delete your account entirely, contact us and include your trader name.
